Houses for sale in Baildon, West Yorks

Whenever I search for (detached) houses for sale in Shipley, West Yorkshire most of the houses that come up are in the Baildon area. Why is this so? Why are many people selling in this area? Is it unsuitable/rough/etc?

  • Baildon is just outside Shipley and it is a charming and very handy village, I would recommend Baildon

  • It's not what you might think. There are more detached houses in Baildon (less than a mile from Shipley) than there are in Shipley, in fact I would imagine that Baildon is mostly detached houses. I have lived in Baildon myself and didn't find it to be particularly rough or unsuitable. I hope this helps somewhat.
