We are looking at buying a house that was underpinned 30 years ago any advice please

  • Make sure you get a independent surveyor to check the property thoroughly. If was under pinned correctly and professionally then if anything it should make the property even more stable than one that isn't!

  • I completely agree with above. As long you have a full survey done and all the paper work is in order then go for it if it is the house you want.
