Buying to rent in Orrell, Wigan or not?
I'm buyin a house to rent out in Wigan, is Orrell the best place to buy for the rental? Also is paying a bit extra for a 4 bed worth it if the area isnt as good?

It's good area, Orrell, for renting and buying, near motorways etc. Well sought after area!

Orrell is a good place, and so are the surrounding areas, you could also look at Ashton In Makerfield and Garswood as these to are equally good. The extra bedroom always adds value for rentals but be aware you may be restricting your audience by going with a larger property.
