What's it like to live in Chippenham?

Is it an area on the up? What are the pros and cons of living here?

  I have lived in Chippenham since 1984 - there are good shops, transport links and easy access to the motorway. The people are friendly and very helpful. We have good schools, a local cottage hospital, our own firestation and a responsive and helpful police service. All in all I would say Chippenham is a good place to live.
