Property is in good condition, bathroom is upstairs unlike others in the area, but with current market fluctuations what should I llok to achieve?

  Completely depends on the location, in which road it is? Does it have parking? Gas c/heating? Double glazing? Where is it? East Croydon is a popular area & houses are selling quickly at the right asking prices.
