What's it like to live in Woodbridge?
What are the local amenities like? Is it an area on the up?

Woodbridge is a fantastic place to live, I have worked in the Woodbridge area for many years, I also went to school in Woodbridge. Woodbridge has everything that you need, Multiple Shopping Facilities, Swimming pool and gym, close to the river Deban, Train Station with direct links to London. The Schools are fantastic both primary and High. I would recommend Woodbridge to everybody, there really is no bad area in Woodbridge - the more modern properties can be quite cheap while the Victorian Town Houses can be very expensive. I would suggest that you look at the local authorities’ website or police.gov to see what the crime statistics etc for this area are . You can also look at the local tourist board website for that area which gives you an up to date overview of the area. I would also visit the area and ask some locals.
