Should I rent or sell a second property with no mortgage?

You have to weigh up all of your own financial options. Personally for me at present I would rent it out if I had no mortgage, as I believe prices will continue to rise, so to be making a good monthly income and gaining capital appreciation would make sense. As I don't know the price of the property! Could you sell up and buy another cheaper one, so you still have an investment property and perhaps use the rest to put somewhere else?
