I have given my estate agent notice. Can they claim fees if I sell to someone they introduced that I did not know about?
I have given notice to the estate agent, can they claim fees if a buyer they introduced puts in an offer, even though I did not know they had previously viewed?

Do you mean they expressed an interest through your estate agent but did not view your property? An estate agent can claim their fee if they introduced someone to your property, even if you are no longer marketed with them.
