Lease extention on a flat

How much does it cost to extend a lease on a flat which has 51 years left in B20?

    You need the advice of a surveyor who will be able to calculate the cost to renew. Their is a formula for working it out which the Freeholder HAS to accept. To many leaseholders don't get advice and pay too much for renewing or extending the lease. If you want help on this let me know as I can put you in touch with the right people who can help and the cost for such advice is very modest.
