Low valuation of basement flat.

My two bedroom basement flat in BN1 3DL has been valued at only £200,000 by the mortgage company for buy to let purposes. I thought its value would be higher and wonder if anyone can provide me with evidence of 2 bedroom flat sales in the local area so I can maybe prove my theory and therefore appeal his valuation? Thank you.

  I would suggest going to an estate agent to get a valuation, there free and you may want to build a relationship with them if you are thinking about letting as they will be full of information and advice
