Recommendations for solicitors to buy house with, in Edinburgh?

Anyone have any good experiences /recommendations for best people to use for buying house in Edinburgh?

  Many solicitors make a selling point of not charging for unsuccessful offers. You should look for one of these, in order to avoid being charged for your offers where you don't secure the property (however, in the current market of 2011 this is less likely to be an issue, with lower numbers of buyers leading to less competition for properties) You should ask for an illustration of their charges before signing up with them. You should pay heed to others' personal recommendations

  I use Beveridge & Kellas at the foot of Leith Walk for both buying and selling and general legal advice too. They offer a really friendly and great service and actually return your calls in a timely manner. They have great experience and the staff are really friendly too. They also do not charge you for lots of stupid things and offer value for money. I hope this helps.
