Would it help my daughter get a mortgage if I put my property in her name? I live in Scotland.

My daughter is a first time buyer, my mortgage is now paid in full and would like to help her, any other advice on how I could do this? Thank you.

  I do not think it would as mortgages are based on INCOME .. not ASSETS. The best issue is deposits ... is there anyway you could help with that?
