Financial advice sought
Who can advise me on prospective sale and purchase? I live in Watford and need to get professional help, by phone or in person on best way to go if I sell my flat and re-buy cheaper. I am 64, have no mortgage but flat worth under £180k. Need to release capital. Need equity release and other advice please.
