Currently (Aug 2010) not any. Most of the products offered for BTL are almost unrealistic when it comes to arrangement fees they charge (average £3,000+). Plus the Loan to Value Ratios are not attractive for BTL investor. Currently the best rates are offered for 60-70% LTV or in other words you need to have deposit or if its a remortgage, equity in the region of 30-40%. There are 80% LTV products but high rates. -Malay
