I'm not a resident of the UK or EU, I'm a New Zealander working offshore, am i able to get a mortgage and if so how much deposit do i need. thanks

  I have been advised by some of our brokers that it is possible on a 65% loan to value, so that would be a 35% deposit. You need prove your address and income in Stirling.

  Yes you can but would need to know a lot more detail to advise fully and you will need a 35% deposit
