Depends on what Loan to Value you are getting, If you are getting a 95% mortgage then you will need a 5% deposit of £2950.00. 90% Mortgage you will need 10% Deposit of £5900.00 and a 85% Mortgage you will need a 15% Deposit which is £8850.00.
