How can I work out the capital appreciation for properties in different streets?
Hello All. To cut a long story short, my family and I are currently looking for a property to purchase and rent and I am trying to find out the capital appreciation of properties in particular streets as I read an article recently that the capital appreciation can vary between properties in the same area even though they are only a few streets apart. Is there a way I can find out the capital appreciation for properties in specific streets? Any advice you can offer would be much appreciated.
