Mortgage confusion?
I am a first time buyer and am very confused about the mortgage choices out there. Can you advise on where/who I can get some clear advice from? Is it better to go with the banks or mortgage lenders?

Have you tried comparison sites? An independent mortgage advisor will be able to help you sift through the choices. I have added a link which should be helpful.
