INFOTMATION market comparison approach, price per square meters

Hello, For an evaluation for University, using the Market Comparison Approach, I need the price per square meters for secondary and primary area (or surface) (in italian "rapporto mercantile suparficiario") of the area, in OX4, near my subject in 2 Hurst Street. Can anyone help me?
