Mortgages on similar properties
I know nothing about finances but just a quick question - would I be able to pay a similar amount each month on my mortgage if i move to a different property of the same value?

Hi there that all depends on your mortgage company and what type of mortgage you have. It should be easy to move it over but depends if you are able to keep the same interest rate and if you will have to pay a penalty for transferring. Check with them.
