Can you borrow your deposit /down payment?
The down payment is the major hurdle in buying a house. Can you borrow it and pay it back from your mortgage?

Some will accept a gifted deposit from a family member that doesn’t have to be repaid, they will not accepted borrowed money which has to be paid back, some lenders at the moment will not accept a gift from parents they are being that strict. If you want some good independent financial advice i can put you in touch with a good broker.
