  • Hi dron51 It all depends on lending criteria and your current situation, our Financial Consultant has said that most lenders will allow a mortgage term go until state pension age however some will extend this depending on occupation etc. Please let me know if we can be of any help.   • I maybe looking for a mortgage at 57 years old till my state pension becomes available at 2024 66 years old, depending on my employment as a bus driver and wage of £239.00 p/w am I able to obtain a mortgage till 70 plus years.
