If my house value is £130,000 what do you think a fair price would be to part exchange?

If my house was valued at £130000 what do you think a fair price would be looking at part exchanging? The property I am interested in is £185,000. Thank You.

  • It would all depend on the specific deal you are offered and how financially viable it was to you.

  • How much has the seller dropped his price. The normal way of doing things is to fix the part-ex price (£130k) and haggle on the other one. I am a property dealer, and I do part-exchanges sometimes. I will normally ask for a 10-15% reduction of the p/x open value, to cover the fact I still have another house to sell.
