How likely is it for a person of 60 to get a mortgage?

There are plenty of lenders who will offer a mortgage to those over 60. Have a read of the link I have added below.

I'm sure it is possible, however I would suggest speaking with an independent financial advisor, someone who has access to the entire mortgage market.
