What is the construction of Parkside/new houses?

  • Hi like most new houses these days, they are constructed from a brick outer skin with a timber frame and cavity is normally filled with a fibre glass type wadding which is very good insulation then on they pop the plasterboard walls inside, normally floorboards are now chipboard sheets rather than natural timber boards
