4 bed detached house in Carshalton in need of renovation, left by relative. How much work should I do to sell it?
I have a 4 bed detached house in good external condition, 100+ not overlooked garden in need of internal renovation. Do I spend a lot of time on it or sell as is? Clean, tidy, if a little old.

Auctioning the property if it needs work maybe an idea. Often the prices achieved can exceed 'market value' and you as the seller will not need to undertake any work at all. Let me know if you want to know more.

Spend some time but do not spend more than Your potential profit. A new paint can work wonders.
