CLD48

Will it add value if I put in double glazing

I am about to sell my 4 bed detached house and am wondering if putting in double glazing will add value.

    It may or may not add value, as the cost of putting it in might not be recouped on sale. But it will increase saleability.

    I don't think you would get any more money with the double glazing and it would cost you more than you will again, double glazing is seen as a standard feature now
