Rough idea of cost to take into consideration when purchasing a property
What would be the cost of replacing 5 windows? A bathroom with all usual contents? To convert garage to a room and adding front door and windows? To block the side front door and extend the downstairs bathroom and change and add basin to toilet etc? To replace boiler and remove tank upstairs?
