How much would a loft conversion add to the value of a house in EX8 1SB?
I am looking at getting a double bedroom with en-suite shower/wetroom with a flat roof dormer, as a loft conversion in my mid terraced house. What value would this add to my property? Final lay out would be 4 bed, 2 bath, 2 reception, garden and garage.
