  • All depends on the level of the finish; high end or low end. A full refurbishment, new UPVC windows and doors, new plastering, new plumbing, new kitchen, new bathroom, new doors and skirting, painting, flooring on an extension loft conversion, a 3 bed house can start from £98 to £150 a square foot, from around £25k to £55k.
