Interested in buying a property with nothing to do on it.

How do you find a property with nothing to do on it? I don't want to spend money once I buy a property and my DIY skills are pretty bad so don't want to have to do work myself. Can you search for properties which need no updating? I'm very lazy and want to buy and have nothing more to do than clean it.

  • Look to buy a new property if you want little or nothing to do once you move in. Estate agents often say a property needs nothing doing to it, but it can be a matter of opinion, it won't be easy to find an immaculate property just from looking at brochures. New builds offer you everything new and your own choices in kitchens and bathrooms etc…but you will pay for the privilege. But those jobs will creep up on you in time;)
