You will need planning permission from your local planning officer. They will need to know the measurements of the conservatory and if there's a drawing, take that as well as it will save time. However, be prepared to wait up to several weeks for them to decide. Do not however go ahead with the build as they can order you to tear it down and there is nothing you can do about it. Play by the rules and you are more likely to get it. Good luck!
