What percentage would adding a 4 bed room to a 3 bed mid terraced in Strelley make?

Wanting to convert a loft to make a 4th bedroom and ensuite, would this increase property value more than £5000? Property currently worth £90000.

  You would definitely increase the value by more than £5000, but a loft conversion can cost anything from £15-20,000+. It would be best to ask a local agent, as they will know what price they would value it at in its current state and after a conversion.
