Need advice on which staircase to choose.

I want to add value to my property, would a spiral staircase be better than a ladder staircase to loft room?

  With a spiral staircase you will have more difficulty getting large items up and down the stairs, which might be something to consider if this will be your only access. As for adding value, the spiral staircase would be a feature in the right property and if you don't think access will be a problem then go for it.
