How much does it cost to totally refurbish a three bedroomed terraced house?
Total refurbishment would include: re-wiring, new central heating, new kitchen, new bathroom, new windows and doors, hacking off and replastering all walls, new ceilings, new staircase.

Very roughly (and it is a very rough guide) budget about £60-70 per square foot for extensive rennovation.

The above answer is right but ultimately it depends to what degree and standard you do it to, if you are looking to refurb to live in spend a little bit more for quality and longevity particularly kitchens and bathrooms. If you want a quick in and out to sell on spend less but make sure it looks good.
