Building an Annexe in the garden

Looking to buy a home with an annexe but would consider buying without one and building. What would I expect to pay to build an annexe in a garden - 1 bed with ensuite, lounge, kitchen/diner. Roughly 20k? 50k? 100k? Not looking for a quote, just a ballpark.
