How much is land worth in RM15 6PX? No development potential just want to buy to extend garden.

  If it is at the rear of the bungalows and you have had your garden shortened because the previous owners sold it I would strongly advise you buy it back. In the past years a few bungalows in Nelson Road didn't sell quickly because their garden was shorter than the others in the row with uncertaintly to what may happen to the land at the rear of them. If you do buy it happy digging its been an abandoned yard for years and years it needs a lot of love!
