It has a very nice apple conservatory aprox value 30 000 how much would this add to the value and patio area?

I need to know how much the value of your house is worth at the moment and what type of house/bungalow if you want exact figures .... but rule of thumb is this for conservatory's. For every pound it COSTS .. it adds in VALUE about 50p .. so your £30k Conservatory will add £15k in value and you will get £15k in enjoyment. So if you are doing it to sell .. DON'T DO IT. If you are going to enjoy it for 5 years .. then you get the value increase and you are getting £3k per year in enjoyment. If you are buying it per done .. well you have your answer. Hope that is helpful.
