Why is my house price not listed?

I bought my house in 2008 and although it is registered with land registry. The price is not shown on any house price sites. I was just wondering how I can change this.

  • I would usually answer you can opt not to have it registered at the point of purchase, but as I assume you have not done this, I can only suggest they have missed the record. Human error basically in inputting the data you would assume! Sometimes not a bad thing to not have it registered as it means if you come to sell the property your buyer has less information to use against you when considering what to offer, although they will probably see the price on the deeds at some point! May be worth looking on Land registry and making sure the TITLE has been registered in your name though, as this could cause a problem if this has not been done!
