Why are certain houses sold prices not published?
There have been a couple of houses that I have wanted to find out the sold price and I've not been able to find them anywhere on the net, why is this?

Some properties get missed from records, but usually it is because the property was a repossession or auction property. A lot of distress sales, where properties are sold under value, are not recorded in public records.
