  • There are a number of websites you can use, including Zoopla, which have 'sold prices' sections and these will give you comparable figures for other properties sold in the same, or neighbouring, postcodes. You'll never be able to get an exact value from the internet because every property varies internally, but comparable figures are always used when agents value your property so why not get a headstart on them? The only way to get a true current value is to invite three reputable firms round to give you their honest opinions - they're the experts and you'll get a good picture by having a spread of opinion. Hope that helps!

  • Best advice would be to get an agent to value it. This is a free of charge service and as long as you pick a good one you will get the right advice. check to see who is active and prominent in your area. If can put you in touch with good agents in the are let me know if this would help.
