Why have house prices not fallen in Blandford Forum.?
I have offered on a few houses in Blandford Forum slightly below asking price and so far have always been refused because the vendor is intent on getting the asking price or very close (understandable). I would have thought that, as Blandford is historically cheaper to buy than most places in Dorset, it is just a matter of time before house prices drop in line with the rest of the country?
