Village Churches increase property values

I am trying find substance to the theory that houses in villages with active churches are more expensive that those in villages where the church has closed down, and in particular what this price differential is. Are you able to assist with a source of this information? Many thanks Nick Parker Lay-Chair Parochial Church Council Tarrant Keyneston and Crawford Dorset.
