Loking to buy the above maisonette. Think same ownership for last 30 years. on 2 floors, 4 bedrooms, 2 reception, shower room and bathroom, but all needs modernizing, requires new bathrooms, new kitchen, floor coverings and needs re-dec throughout. Currently woodchip so nightmare to remove. Has 2 parking spaces and patio garden. Could not get Land Registry site to work and wonder how Ican check. Think about 1600 sq ft. Can you help please? All very old fashioned inside so needs quite a bit spending on it, but location and size ideal for me.
