Depends on many factors, including but not limited too: Standard of Finish wall paper or paint, modern kitchen with granite & bathrooms fixtures fittings, double glazing, privacy of garden etc.. Recommend you look at all three and make up your own mind.

The standard of finish and condition, aspect of garden will all have a bearing. It is also worth considering whether they are all listed with the same agent and then what the final sale prices area. That is to say did one agent get a better price than another agent.
