How do I find properties with outbuildings but not stables?

There is no easy way to do this except look at the local press in the text. I would invest in half a day and spend 15 minutes in each estates agents. If you rush in for 2 minutes, give them your name and go again after 120 seconds... they will (mistakenly) treat you as a carpet treader and not a serious buyer. Thats a tip for everyone actually... invest time with the agents.
