My house is up for £130.000, is this too low?

I would check www.nethouseprices.com for recent sold prices in the area.

I agree with above, check sold prices in your area. If you are in doubt about price, you could always get a second opinion from another estate agent in the area. If you can't sell or don't get many veiwers, my guess is your price is not too low.
