What did my property sell for in July 1991

The property I now own was previously owned by my brother, who unfortunately died over six years ago. The property changed hands (I believe) three times between his sale and before I purchased it in 2000. My brother divorced and I lost track of his ex wife, as I have the people who purchased the property from him. I am interested in tracing the properties historical values and would be grateful for any help. The address is 15 Albert Road, Keynsham, Bristol. BS31 1AA.

    Albert Road is a lovely road, but I was not selling property in Keynsham in 1991. There are 3 local agents in Keynsham, so I imagine you have already spoken to them. www.nethouseprices.com is a good website for previous house sale prices...but they only go back to 2000 for Albert Road (which isnt much help for you) other than that, I can only suggest land reg. There may be a small charge, but worth looking in to. Sorry I cant be any more help.
