Apartment or House, which is better investment.
I have an opportunity to buy a new build 2 bed Duplex Apartment in the centre of Bristol for 250k (no view or parking) or a 2 bed house (semi-detached) in the Bedminster (North st) area - also no view or parking. Which would be the better investment whilst living there? Which would be better in 5 -10 years? Which would be easier to sell.
