You can use the Home Values pages on this site to get an estimate. The accuracy will depend how many transactions have happened in your road/area recently. Otherwise most estate agents will be happy to provide a Free Market Appraisal.

Contact a 2 or 3 local agents and look at the middle figure as probably being a true reflection
